Hematoid Quartz, also known as Specularite Quartz, is the name given to Quartz crystals with Hematite inclusions. Hematoid Quartz is a powerful grounding crystal, drawing chaotic and stray energies down into the root chakra and can assist in balancing polarized opposites of emotion and thought. It helps with accepting and integrating the shadow self, manifesting dreams into physical reality, and transforming negativity into tranquility and clarity.
