Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and cancellations:

  • Contact us at support@shaktishine.ca within: 5 days of delivery
  • Dispatch items back within: 10 days of delivery
  • Request a cancelation within: 5 hours of purchase

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shaktishine.ca. If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Incense & Smudging herbs
  • Crystals 
  • Class Deposit
  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that return shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
