Created to be entirely caffeine-free but with all the warmth, flavour and benefits of our regular chai. This blend is helps with digestion and upset stomach. It contains antioxidants and reduces overall inflammation.
Directions: For best results add 1tbs tea to 250ml water in a pot on stove. Bring to boil, add 75ml of milk or milk substitute and bring to boil again. Strain and sweeten with honey.
